The current inventory of homes for sale in the Big Bear MLS is 842 as of this morning, with 651 units sold YTD. 49 of the 842 homes are bank owned foreclosures, and 65 are listed as short sales. 37 lake front homes are on the market currently, with only 14 units sold this year. Vacant land inventory is 366 units, with only 51 sold this year.
