Box 1547 • Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 provide electric power to approximately 23,000 customers in the community, including: City of Big Bear Lake, Big Bear City, Fawnskin, Erwin Lake, Moonridge, Sugarloaf, Lake Williams, and Baldwin Lake.
Big Bear Transfer Station – Dump Site – 38550 Holcomb Valley Road, Big Bear City, CA Hours of operation: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Solid waste in Big Bear Lake neighborhoods is handled by the City of Big Bear Lake’s Public Works Waste Management Division. Big Bear Disposal, partner to the city, handles trash pick-up, manages the trash drop off (Clean Bear) sites, and also facilitates hazardous waste disposal and recycling. The Big Bear City Community Services District’s (CSD) service area covers communities outside the City of Big Bear Lake. There are two “Clean Bear Sites” where vacation rental tenants and weekenders must take their trash. #1 – 41970 Garstin Drive and #2 – 39690 Big Bear Blvd. (across from City Hall).
